This WiFi Camera does NOT support 5G wifi, only supports 2.4G WiFi, but most wifi router supports you to set WiFi to 2.4G, needs 2.4G WiFi Router with short and simple digital/letter password (no special symbols), supports most home/family level WiFi routers, DO NOT support enterprise level WiFi routers with WPA/WPA2 encryption.
Note: Cloud storage service is not a mandatory service, you can choose
to use or not to use, according to your actual needs. If you don't need
the cloud storage function, you can still use the micro sd card to
local storage. We only add optional function because some customers want
the cloud storage function. Storage video on the cloud, even the camera
was damaged by the intruder, you can still get the video evidence. This
is an optional function allow you to choose!! We are unable to
cover all the users' cloud storage cost, to use the cloud storage
function, you need to pay for your own cloud storage fee. It cost very
little but can offer better protection for you and your home. Again,
this is an optional function.
Note2: We are using a default box for all the model, that's one
default box for 720P, 960P, and 1080P. The default box is written 720P
but in fact, this model is truly 1080P. You can check the label on
the box, model name:
13HE, that means the camera is 1080P. 720P the model name is 13H, without E in the end.

A: Yes, when the camera IR sensor detects not enough light, the IR LED will turn on and switch to night vision model.
Q7, I can't connect the camera to WIFI?
A: Please make sure the first time connect your phone and camera on
the same network system. If still hard to connect we have a tech team to
support you.
Q8: The camera should be always connected to the same wifi network?
A: As long as the camera is online, you can remote view the camera with wifi or phone 4G network, without distance limit

A: It has bracket allow you to install to different places, like ceiling

Note: camera unique design the power port have a
little space when connecting to the power adapter, it is normal and this
is easier to adjust adapter angle. During plug in the power adapter
please don't use too much strength.
